Lyonel Duperval

Lyonel has proven experience as Project Control Manager (PCM) in programs, infrastructure development and environmental projects. He has participated in the planning, design and construction process of over $4 billion dollars of capital improvement infrastructure projects. These projects include power generation plants, public facilities (schools, firehouses, developmental centers, railroads, and airports), pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing plants. Lyonel is well-versed in all aspects of the project management process, from conceptual design to construction close out including issues on environmental permitting, health and safety monitoring and waste management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pratt Institute and followed graduate studies in Management Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Lyonel brings over 20 years of business development and project management know how to the Lexcel Management team.
