Debbie Thorvé

Debbie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from CUNY, graduating – Cum Laude.  She is the co-founder of “Thorvé Properties.”  Debbie is an experienced legal real estate professional with a solid background in property management.

Prior to founding “Thorvé Properties”, Debbie previously worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal in northern New Jersey and for the Port Authority of NY and NJ.

Despite Debbie’s professional experience and formal education, she has had a “hands on” approach from the inception of Thorve Properties; taking on all aspects of operations ranging from the purchasing construction materials, making repairs, to communicating with the local municipalities, and addressing court related matters. Debbie has done it all, bringing her no nonsense approach and tenacity to every task, big or small. Presently, she plays a managerial role for “Thorvé Properties” by overseeing daily operations and seeking out way to increase the value and improve efficiencies of the multi-family residential properties.
