Sanyog (Sam) Thorvé

Co-Founder

Sam holds a Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is the founder of Thorvé Properties, which consists of a vast real estate portfolio of over 200 residential units. The majority of these properties serve individuals in lower income areas of northern New Jersey, with the goal of providing affordable, quality housing to those who need it most.  In 2018, Sam was the brainchild and founder of Lexcel LPO, a start-up company that provides legal document drafting & review, as well as legal research services at a reasonable cost. The goal of Lexcel LPO is to help clients reduce costs, while increasing efficiencies.

Sam has previously worked full-time as an Engineer and Manager for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PA). In this role, Sam lead the Asbestos Litigation Task Force with a staff of over 30 engineers. Over his many years of service at the PA, Sam designed multiple environmental remediation projects and routinely prepared Request For Proposals (RFPs). In his later years of service, he played a key role in qualifying the PA for Federal Emergency Management Act (FEMA) grants post hurricane Sandy related damages to the PA sustained to critical infrastructure and assets. Sam also provided technical support and managed numerous consultants for large hazard mitigation projects, such as installation of flood barriers at the Holland Tunnel portals and George Washington Bridge, replacement of Suspender Rope project which was valued over $1billion dollars.

Sam is an entrepreneur who’s not afraid of taking risks to realize his vision of providing quality services, while being mindful of others. Sam has been hugely successful at achieving this goal while maintaining his integrity and his commitment to improving the lives of those living and working in under funded communities.a
